We are offering only two wine tasting sessions (12 seats only) with sushi for lunch at 1 PM and dinner at 6 PM. This is a guided tasting of two-ounce pours of five wines from Six Cloves, paired with a sushi lunch or dinner from Chef Nat Sawatphadungkij.

Inspired by her family’s rich Japanese fermentation heritage, Sonoe blends ancestral traditions with global expertise honed in New Zealand, Chile, and Sonoma. Her wines celebrate elegance and diversity, reflecting her commitment to showcasing the artistry of grape growers and the potential of distinctive wine origins.

This is an intimate, reservation-only tasting featuring the wines of Six Cloves Wines, crafted by winemaker Sonoe Hirabayashi.
