What is Swallow Wines
Swallow Wines is a permitted Texas winery offering a distinctive wine experience. We work directly with 29 California winemakers to bring a wide variety of exceptional wines—none of which are available at H-E-B, Twin Liquors, Costco, Specs, or Total Wine. Shipping is available anywhere in Texas.
Is Swallow Wines a wine bar?
We are not a bar. Swallow Wines is a permitted Texas winery with a tasting room in downtown Round Rock, North Austin. We focus on providing educational, approachable, and non-intimidating guided wine-tasting experiences. You can also enjoy wine by the glass from our monthly rotating menu or select a bottle from our cellar.
Do you offer food?
We are not a restaurant. We do offer light snacks to enjoy with your wine, including Madhu Chocolate, Bjorn Popcorn, Popped Artisan Popcorn, Fish Wife Tin Can, Wine Chips, roasted pecans, assorted nuts, and Olli sausage and cheese boards.
What can I expect when I visit Swallow Wines?
Our goal is to create an atmosphere where you can shape your own wine experience, one that’s educational and non-intimidating. Depending on the day, you may enjoy guided tastings, wine by the glass or bottle, food and wine pairings, educational classes, or special meet-the-winemaker events.

What are the tasting room hours?
Open Daily. Open Sunday to Wednesday 2pm-8pm and Open Thursday to Saturday 12pm-8pm. Last glass is poured at 7:30 PM.
Are kids alllowed?
Our tasting room is an adult space. All guests must be 21 or older. On rare occasions, children may be allowed in the backyard patio, but this is the exception rather than the rule.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, particularly if they seem to be under the influence of alcohol or substances.

Animals

We happily accept payments via Credit Card and Venmo payments for your convenience. Kindly note that we do not accept cash. In the spirit of our tip-free establishment, you're welcome to offer gratuity at your discretion.
Food
We kindly ask that no outside food or drinks be brought into the tasting room. If you would like to enjoy food in our outdoor space with your tasting experience, please contact us directly prior to making a reservation.
Parking
There is a limited number of parking spaces available on premise and ample free street parking located within walking distance from the tasting room on West Liberty Avenue.
