How it works
Join the Club
Click 'Join Club' to be added to our exclusive group of 50 new members. Then, complete your profile, choose pickup or shipping, add payment details, and you're all set.
Your first Cellar Club shipment will be in March 2025.
Pick Your 3 Bottles
With each club package, you'll receive an email showcasing 6 wines curated exclusively for the Cellar Club. You can either confirm the 3 wines we've preselected or choose your own. Cost is $100-$150 per order. Pick up your Cellar Club package by the last day of the pickup month. If needed, contact us to arrange alternate plans.
Taste Before You Pick
Enjoy a personalized pickup experience where you can schedule a tasting with the owners of Swallow Wines. We’ll pour 1-ounce samples of 6 available wines before you confirm your selections. This option is exclusively available to club members.
Swallow More Wines
Take advantage of our non-club rotating wine tasting flight. Continue your wine tasting journey with 2 complimentary Approachable Elegance wine tasting experiences, redeemable during non-pickup months. These tastings expire with the next club shipment and cannot be saved or accumulated.

When are Shipments? How do I cancel?
Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter
You may skip one package annually after completing two consecutive packages; frequent skips may result in membership cancellation. To cancel your wine club shipment, a 30-day written notice is required. Failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to fulfilling a wine club shipment.
When do Cellar Club benefits begin?
You must receive 1 wine package to access member benefits.
What is the cost for each wine club package?
The cost for a 3-bottle wine club package ranges from $100 to $150. Plus, you get 10% off purchases of 6 bottles and 20% off purchases of 12 or more bottles.
Why is there a limit of club members?
We limit membership to ensure an exclusive experience with personalized attention and high-quality service for each member. This allows us to curate and deliver exceptional wines while maintaining a close-knit community.
