Approachable Elegance
Our guided tasting changes monthly and features five wines served in 2-ounce pours. We showcase selections from 30 California winemakers, 130 labels, and 36 grape varietals. We'll get to know your palate and pour a sixth wine based on your tasting notes.
Trio of Elegance
A casual, self-guided tasting available on weekends for walk-ins only. Enjoy 2 ounce pours of 3 wines from a rotating wine list.

Elevated Elegance
A guided tasting of our most premium limited production wines, served using a Coravin without ever pulling the cork. Taste five premium wines with 2-ounce pours. This is your chance to try exceptional wines without committing to a full bottle.
Swallow Port Wines
This guided tasting experience highlights the depth of small production ports from the Sierra Foothills. Enjoy 1.5-ounce pours of four unique ports from El Dorado, Fair Play, and Amador AVAs, paired with dried fruit, caramels, and dark chocolate espresso beans.

To ensure a pleasant experience, all guests inside our tasting must be at least 21 years old, including infants, children, and teenagers. Outdoor space is available.
Animals

Payments
We happily accept payments via Credit Card and Venmo payments for your convenience. Kindly note that we do not accept cash. In the spirit of our tip-free establishment, you're welcome to offer gratuity at your discretion.
Food
We kindly ask that no outside food or drinks be brought into the tasting room. If you would like to enjoy food in our outdoor space with your tasting experience, please contact us directly prior to making a reservation.
Parking
There is a limited number of parking spaces available on premise and ample free street parking located within walking distance from the tasting room on West Liberty Avenue.

What is Swallow Wines
Swallow Wines is permitted as a Texas winery offering a unique wine-tasting experience. We maintain direct relationships with 29 passionate winemakers in California, allowing us to offer a wide variety of exceptional wines without relying on a distributor or broker. You will not find our wines at H-E-B, Twin Liquors, Costco, Specs or Total Wine.
Is Swallow Wines a wine bar?
A Happy Place. A Wine Tasting Room. Not a bar. Swallow Wines is a permitted Texas Winery with a tasting room in North Austin, downtown Round Rock. We focus on providing an educational and non-intimidating guided wine-tasting experience.
What can I expect when I visit Swallow Wines?
Our goal is to create an atmosphere where you can design your own wine-tasting experience, one that's both educational and non-intimidating. We offer wine by a guided tasting flight, glass, or bottle, educational classes, food and wine pairings, and meet the winemaker events.
How do I make a reservation?
