Approachable Elegance
We curate five new wines every month, and intentionally paired each wine to make sure your palate gets the best experience possible. Whether you’re a total wine geek or completely new to wine, this tasting is designed around getting to know what you like and finding wines you’ll love. We'll pour two-ounces of five wines from five different California winemakers, typically one rosé, two whites, and two reds. This is a guided tasting for up to six guests. We are a tip-free tasting room, the wine and service are all included in the price.
Trio of Elegance
Trio of Elegance is a self-guided flight featuring three wines you hand-select from our monthly rotating white, rosé, and red menu. Designed for relaxed, casual enjoyment, this option allows you and your party to explore our current selections and sip at your own pace anywhere in the tasting room. Check in with our team upon arrival to make your selections, then settle into your preferred seating area. Available for groups of up to six guests. Walk-ins are always welcome based on seating availability.
Elevated Elegance
Elevated Elegance is a personalized guided tasting curated around your unique palate. Rather than a preset menu, we select up to six wines based on a conversation about your preferences, whether you want a broad exploration or a focused deep dive into a single varietal. Hosted exclusively at our tasting counter. This is a guided tasting for up to six guests. We are a tip-free tasting room, the wine and service are all included in the price.
General Reservation
Relax into our sofa lounge area for casual wine enjoyment by the glass, bottle for up to six guests. Unwind at your own pace while exploring our monthly rotating menu or choosing from over 130 wine labels across 27 California winemakers. Walk-ins welcome.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, particularly if they seem to be under the influence of alcohol or substances.
To ensure a pleasant experience, all guests inside our tasting must be at least 21 years old, including infants, children, and teenagers. Outdoor space is available.
Animals
At this time, only animals that satisfy ADA requirements are allowed inside the tasting room. This policy is subject to change. Emotional Support Animals are not covered under the ADA. More about animals
Payments
We happily accept payments via Credit Card and Venmo payments for your convenience. Kindly note that we do not accept cash. In the spirit of our tip-free establishment, you're welcome to offer gratuity at your discretion.
Food
We kindly ask that no outside food or drinks be brought into the tasting room. If you would like to enjoy food in our outdoor space with your tasting experience, please contact us directly prior to making a reservation.
Parking
There is a limited number of parking spaces available on premise and ample free street parking located within walking distance from the tasting room on West Liberty Avenue.

What is Swallow Wines
Swallow Wines is permitted as a Texas winery offering a unique wine-tasting experience. We maintain direct relationships with 29 passionate winemakers in California, allowing us to offer a wide variety of exceptional wines without relying on a distributor or broker. You will not find our wines at H-E-B, Twin Liquors, Costco, Specs or Total Wine.
Is Swallow Wines a wine bar?
A Happy Place. A Wine Tasting Room. Not a bar. Swallow Wines is a permitted Texas Winery with a tasting room in North Austin, downtown Round Rock. We focus on providing an educational and non-intimidating guided wine-tasting experience.
What can I expect when I visit Swallow Wines?
Our goal is to create an atmosphere where you can design your own wine-tasting experience, one that's both educational and non-intimidating. We offer wine by a guided tasting flight, glass, or bottle, educational classes, food and wine pairings, and meet the winemaker events.
How do I make a reservation?
